My one week Cleanse

Cleansing The Body




Today is the last day of eating poorly going out to eat everyday spending money on premade and processed food.  For the past month since I have moved in my apartment I have been focusing on getting a plan of action together. With the help of my Aunt Madison and Father Donald, we have come up with a plan of action.  One week starting Feb 1st of this year of the rooster, I will be cleansing the body of all processed, toxic chemicals in my body. 

Below is a punch-list of the fundamentals of this lifting and easy method to get rid of the sludge we all that eat out, smoke drink and damage our body temples on a daily basis can benefit and transform with!  If you smoke cigarettes, try your best not to smoke this week. Same thing goes with any other chemicals you put in your body, aside from prescription drugs.  Consult your physician before making any radical changes to your diet as well.  The more you know the better you'll be.
  • One Gallon pure water
  • Option adding lemon and pure maple syrup to water
  • All fruits except bananas in an unlimited amount each day, Variety Helps
  • 1/4 cup organic walnuts or almonds

Below are various fruits to choose from, not the only fruits, as long as bananas are not included.  Try to also buy from a farmers market if possible and buy fruits in season.

Creating daily life focus on paper

This is a rough start to what I'm setting out to do.
Minor adjustments may be made, but here it is.


  • Wake up, Sun salutations
  • Water with lemon...
  • Breathe deeply meditation
  • Move around
  • Work out (first notebook)notes on feeling, reps 3warm up 4 to failure
  • Cook food for day (second notebook)
  • Record of daily intake all foods
  • Down time spend cleaning apt thinking of keeping clean, meditation, meet with people, errands.
  • Work (third notebook) what am I doing to improve my presence there
  • Come home and stretch, shower and eat, meditation. 
  • Write lily a letter daily(fourth notebook). Notebook for record of sent letters, letter will be written on separate paper and mailed out 1-2 times a week.
